Unable to click and drag

My game glitched at some point while playing and my ability to right click and drag to rotate the camera and ability to click and drag to edit in CAS were gone. When I try to click and drag to rotate the camera, the icon of the cursor gets stuck wherever I click. If I click and drag very quickly, I can rotate the camera a small amount but it doesn't work otherwise. I thought it was a glitch that would go away when I closed the game, but it was still there when I relaunched. I never had the sims 3 camera enabled, but I tried to turn it on and off to see if it would fix this and nothing happened. My mouse is working fine otherwise and clicking and dragging to pan the camera works fine, just not to rotate or in CAS for some reason. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
