Unable to go online and Origin won't let me sign in

Hello,

okay so just over a month now i was unable to go online, on origin and sims4 (i am still not able to go online) and when i go on origin, all i see are grey boxes where the games should be. I have tried everything i can do from, restarting my laptop, updating adobe flash, deleting the "downloadCache", and uninstalling then reinstalling origin multiple times and non of those fixed it, and when i deleted the whole file 'Origin" from the Macintosh HD, i tried logging into Origin and now it's saying "Could not connect to the server, please try again in a few minutes". I have been trying to get a solution all day and now I am just losing my patience.

The devise i am using is a MacBook and the MacBook is updated to the version 10.14.5.

If someone knows how to help that would be great.
