Unable to lanch game

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Toddler Stuff, Snowy Escape, realm of Magic, parenthood, Holiday Celebration Pack, Desert Luxe Kit, Cottage Living and Cats and Dogs are my downloaded expansion packs and games packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure; I have no clue what is going on. I had opened sims, and none of my custom content downloaded, so I deleted all of them; after adding some back in to see if they were working and then not, I uninstalled sims and EA app. I have now downloaded the app again and installed Sims 4 (without custom content), and now I can't even open the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to open Sims 4 to play, it comes up with an alert saying that it can't open because there is missing or damaged data and that to resolve this issue, I should uninstall or repair the app. I have tried to repair the app multiple times, but it has not fixed anything, so I tried to uninstall Sims 4. When I try to do this, it comes up with a warning saying I can't uninstall Sims 4 because the app and the Sims 4 folder isn't downloaded.
What do you expect to see? I expected to be able to delete the app and to at least be able to open it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Thanks. The answer is there in your screenshot. Your iCloud Drive is full, you most probably have iCloud Drive set to sync and store your Documents folder in the cloud, and for some reason you have the game installed in an Electronic Arts folder which is probably in your Documents folder but without knowing the exact location of that Electronic Arts folder it is hard to tell.

Your game should be installed in the Applications folder, either the one in your user account or the one in Macintosh HD, or on an external drive if internal storage is an issue. Change the game installation path in EA App > Settings > Downloads to the Applications folder or external drive, download the game and packs then try to launch it.

"When I try to do this, it comes up with a warning saying I can't uninstall Sims 4 because the app and the Sims 4 folder isn't downloaded."

Can you post a screenshot of this error message?

Thanks. The first screenshot is covered in this thread https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mac/-Game-Data-Incomplete-grey-llamas-red-and-white-sims-broken/m-p/9341303#M36658 but you're probably past the point of following those instructions now given the second error message.

I have never seen the second error message before. How are you trying to uninstall the game? Can you navigate to where your base game and Sims 4 Packs folder is installed please and post a screenshot showing it in Finder so I can see the icons.

The second error message appears when I try to uninstall the game, which is making this difficult because I can't uninstall the game at all.
