Unable to see DLC after install

I have bought Sims 4 for the Mac from Origin. Download works fine, and the game runs fine. But all of my packs in the game are not present. In the game it says that they must be downloaded through Steam. But when I delete the DLC directories in the "delta" folder, they seem to download again when I repair the game.

The Install location is my Username\applications folder, and the packs folder is in the same location, but remains empty after the install script runs. Any help in getting my purchased packs from Steam to work (the game knows I own them but they do not work).
