I have Unrecognized Video Card issue, which does disallow me several options in gameplay making it impossible to play.
I tried fixing it going through this link: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/READ-FIRST-Unrecognized-video-card/m-p/9507008 but it did not work.
I have also repaired the game several times - did not help still Video Card is: Name (database): [Found: 0, Supported: 1].
Please help me to solve this issue ( I am even willing to pay) since it is making gameplay impossible for me. Will be really gratefull.

@kristinasilver1 What settings can't you change because of your unrecognized GPU? That's never been the case before.
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@M0ther3arth I've moved your post to the master thread for this issue in macOS. Please see post 6 for instructions on how to add your GPU to the game's database. And if you see any further issues, please update your OS if it's not already fully updated.
