Unrecognized video card in sims 4 menu and no saves??

Whenever I open sims 4, a warning shoes up saying I have an "Unrecognized Video Card" and my saves are gone. I repaired my game but that didn't work so I deleted origin and reinstalled everything but...

The solution is the same for Mac and PC for adding unsupported cards to the GraphicsCards.sgr file.

Could you please open your config.log file in your Sims 4 folder and copy and paste the 10 or so lines under === Graphics device info ===
