Visual Glitch

Windows, walls and trees flicker in places they are not meant to. I have a few short videos but I can't put them in.

I've disabled all modes and tried moving into different saves but nothing works as I feel it's not just a one-save issue. I'm just updating my computer now but I'm not confident that will make any difference.  I need help as I've been playing on this account for over a year and have spent a lot of money on it. If there is anything you think might work, please reply asap.  I'm also, planning on buying the Buissnes and Hobbies expansion pack in March too so I desperately want this problem to be fixed before it drops.

Based on what I see, it looks like youre experiencing graphical artifacting or rendering glitches in Sims 4. This can happen due to GPU-related issues, software conflicts, or corrupted game files. Try these possible Fixes..

    1. Update Your Graphics Drivers.. you’re probably already doing that

Since youre playing on a MacBook, make sure macOS is fully updated: Apple Menu/ System Settings/Software Update. Install any pending updates, as they may include graphics driver fixes.

    2. Adjust Graphics Settings in The Sims 4. Go to Game Options/Graphics. Lower Graphics Quality to Medium or Low. Disable Post Processing Effects. Set Reflections and Shadows to Low or Off. Enable Vertical Sync V-Sync to reduce screen tearing.

3.Check for Overheating. If your MacBook is getting hot while running The Sims 4, it may throttle performance, causing rendering glitches.

4.Run the Game in Windowed Mode

5.Repair the Game EA App or Steam

EA App: Click The Sims 4/Repair.
Steam: Right-click The Sims 4/Properties/Verify Integrity of Game Files.

6.Clear cache files Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4  delete the following files.

    -localthumbcache.package

    -cachestr

    -onlinethumbnaillcache

7..Try a Fresh Save. Move your current Sims 4 folder Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 to your desktop. Then Launch the game, it will create a fresh save. If the issue stops, your old save may be corrupted.

8.Reinstall The Sims 4. If nothing works, reinstall the game to ensure no corrupted files are causing the issues.

Let me know how it goes
