Visual glitches with the sims possibly fur to recent update.

Sul Sul everyone!!! Normally I can handle glitches with my sims by just shift clicking and resting my sims however these last few days since the newest update (May 27th, I believe it was) I have been having some serious issues. I have gone to some of my sims that just got aged up (different ways, ex: cas.fulleditmode cheat or birthday cake) and they have looked like true MONSTERS. I do NOT have any mods or CC installed on my gaming laptop and not sure what’s going on, debugging my sims or resetting them with the cheats window only seems to make this issues worse…only thing to fix it would be saving and quitting my game which is frustrating if you have to do it more than twice in an hour. I have had some other issues as well with the sims’ picture in the bottom left changing to a completely different character (ex: gender, hair color/skin color, and outfit choice.) when I haven’t switched or cant switch to another character (ex: one sim household) so was hoping someone maybe able to help me with these issues by looking into them and seeing if maybe it’s just bad luck or something truly wrong.
