Werewolves won't Download, other packs will

hi  recently started playing again, and naturally I bought packs but I cannot get werewolves to download. it says I have purchased it, and I can view it in add ons... I have reset my ea app and done app recovery and neither steps have solved this. its been like 4 days of it, and any other kit/ pack I'm having no issue with
