Where is the sims 4 pack folder supposed to be located?

I recently had the issue where I somehow pulled out my sims 4 packs folder and then I had no idea where to put it so I put it in the trash and then emptied the trash. Then I bought cats and dogs but ...

Repair the game, I think that recreates the Sims 4 Packs folder. It should always be in the same location as your game app is installed to which is by default the User > Applications folder.
