White Screen Newcrest

Question

I no longer have any mods, I have deleted them all and also switched off 'allow mods' in the options/settings of the game - but I am STILL getting this screen on my Newcrest (and only Newcrest).

I had almost finished fully customising this world so I am DEVestatED, none of the online suggestions work so far!!

launching a new game is NOT a fix!!! So sick of seeing this suggestion under every post.
