Why won't the sims 4 gallery connect to the internet?

I got in touch with online support after I downloaded an extension pack and it wasn’t showing up when I was trying to play. We did all the steps required and it still was not connecting and the support let me know that some older Mac don’t allow the right updates therefore you can’t connect to the online forum from the game.

  If so there is no fix. The Legacy Edition does not support any online services and all packs released since November 2019 are not compatible.
