Will my Mac run Sims4 with a 2.3Ghz Intel Core i5?

I have a MacBook Pro with a 2.3Ghz Intel Core i5. The Sims site said that a 2.4Ghz processor was required to run Sims4, but EA's website didn't list it as a requirement. Does anybody know if it would...

It should run yes. You may have to lower your in-game graphics settings depending on how many packs you have installed.

The 2.4 GHz requirement is for a Core 2 Duo CPU which are years old and outdated now. You should be fine although if you provide your full specs. we can give you a more accurate answer as to how the game may run. MacBook Pro 13-inch, Processor: 2.3 GHz Intel Core 15, Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3, Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 655 1536 MB. Does that help?
