Willow creek keeps freezing

After the last update to fix the glitch with willow creek  not responding it’s still not responding at all.

Either trying to travel to the world the game freezes in place  while the loading screen still in place and you can hear nothing but the background or going to the bar in willow creek or gym and try using the zoom in and out slide button and it freezes the whole game.
