Loading Sales Screen Stuck
Loading the game, the ad window for the expansion packs expands too far out to click the X to close the window. When the last update came through, it started this. At first, I was able to Ctrl + Alt + Del and close it to reopen, and most times it would let me click it. Today is just never-ending, stuck, and it's so frustrating. I cannot play.
game lagging after installing new pack
hi, my game has always run smoothly on my current computer, never had any problems with it even on full graphics, loading screens taking about 10 seconds and game start up super fast. today i got life and death, and its started to be a bit slow, it lags most when entering/exiting build mode from live mode, it also lags on 64x64 lots in build mode when the grid is on and when changing from one sim to another in live mode. it also freezes for a second or two when travelling and loading the new lot. i do use cc, but not any script/gameplay mods im also on pc
Broken game since august 19th update
After I updated the game and launched it I lost of my saved slots I had to delete the game to re gain access to my saves but when I installed it it only shows the start us screen and then it doesn't allow me to click on anything my mouse just keeps loading and I can't even exit the game and I have to force quit it please solve this issueStuck at the loading screen
When I try to play my saves, I am stuck at the first loading screen. I can play new save files until I go to manage worlds 2 times. On the second, I will be stuck at the screen again. The music that indicates that my save is loaded plays but I am stuck. I tried going back to my home screen and going back as well as having my laptop in sleep mode and then opening the game again (I also tried restoring the game and moving my the sims 4 file from electronic arts file to my main screen and creating a new one in that file. It still doesnt work) I tried these methods 2 times each with/without modsStill a forever loading screen/crashing back to map screen after repairing
Hello! So yesterday in my game I tried to click on a household to play and it kept crashing back to the map screen. I made the whole sims file labeled old and just let everything reset by repairing and absolutely no mods. After doing that I got to CAS and once I left CAS to the map screen I clicked on a lot to live on and then the forever loading screen happened.
Game Unplayable
Ever since the latest game patch came out I am unable to even play my game, I can never get past the main menu. I have repaired the game several times, I updated all my mods I could and deleted the ones that havent been updated yet. But everytime I try to load the game, I get to the main menu and it glitches. Like it'll show the main menu, then the screen will go black, and it wont let me click anything on the screen. Then I end up having to bring up the task manager on my computer and close the game that way. I am not sure what to do anymore. Update: so removed my saved files and tried to start from scratch and I thought everything was working. I was able to create my sims no problem. Then I chose the season, the world, the lot. And now its just switching from the world's window to chestnut ridge but it wont actually let me play my sims.Sims can't travel after August 19th update
Hi there! My Sims haven't been able to travel to other lots since the August 19th update. I've tried repairing the game without mods twice, with no impact. I'm wondering if I can't expect a follow up update that might resolve this since I've never had any issues prior to this update. I'm using a Windows 10 desktop computer. Not sure if any other information is needed. Thanks!
