Infinite loading screen
I'm so aggravated, I have a legacy world and cannot get into it at ALL. I've updated all my mods and deleted any conflicting. I've tried loading my world without script mods and I just can't get in. I really don't want to make a new save as I love these sims and have watched them grow up and JUST started a storyline for one that I was really excited to do. I've been trying for DAYS and I'm genuinely upset.
A Plethora of Issues...
We will start with the time freezing while my game continues to move. I'm not able to make my sim do anything and I have to force quit the game. Second issue is that I'm not able to save. I get the 'cannot save' error code. Both of these issues have happened in 2 different saves. I have also tried starting a brand new save and it did not correct anything. Please don't tell me to remove my Mods or delete my cache or last exception as I have already done all of those things. I repaired my game. I restarted EA. I've done it all. My game has been unplayable for over a week now. and I did not change anything.
The game doesn't turn on
After the update i could normally play, and for a few minutes I turned it off aand went to install some modes. Then i came back and tried playing it but the sims 4 would just load and load fora a good few minutes, I thout that I had installed some bad modes so I got rid of all of them but game still won't turn on. I don't know if its because of the update, maybe it is and it's gonna be good to go tomorrow, either way someone help please. And also in the EA app it doesn't even show the time of how long i played it, its just loading ever since.Sim Can't Watch TV
I dont know which update it was this year, but none of my sims can watch tv. I have tried different housholds in the sims and different worlds, I have repaired the game, I have uninstalled any mods, and I have deleted my orginal save file. Nothing I have tried has fixed this oddly specific bug. I've tried resetting cache, gone through the mods better exceptions has been telling me is the problem. And now I'm stuck. on the restaurant zone director and I haven't been able to get off of that. Its been on 10% and nothing else is working.. I really don't want to lose the restaurant I worked so hard top build. Urn mentions wrong name?
My sims friend died in a fire he started on my lot and I wanted to ‘release his spirit to Netherworld’ However, after clicking the option to do so, he spawns on my lot and the urn still has the option to release him- but, when hovering over the option it mentions my sims name when before it didn’t mention a name at all? Hello, After being logged out of my EA account, The Sims 4 no longer loads correctly. The game gets stuck on the blue loading screen with the green plumbob. Sometimes it returns to the “Select Family” screen, and in other cases the world map does not load at all and appears completely white. I have already tried the following without success: * Repairing the game * Uninstalling and reinstalling the game * Clearing cache (cache, cachestr, onlinethumbnailcache) * Resetting the user folder * Removing all Mods/CC * Running EA App and the game as administrator EA Support has confirmed there are no known ongoing issues and has reported this as a bug, but the problem remains on my end. Has anyone else experienced this, or found a solution? Thank you.
Game not working properly after last update
My game keeps kicking me out after the last update and kit buys. I have done the repair on the game and packs. I also adjusted my gameplay option to medium and tried laptop mode. I deleted my mods, reinstalled them one by one, but it still keeps kicking me out. Please assist
