hi,
yes i have researched some tutorials but they dont seem to be working for me so i downloaded the app you suggested. i have tried to download a custom content piece (package file) and when i do it says
Failed - Insufficient perm...
how do i change it so i can download custom content??

Can you post the full error message?
Is your Mac user account an administrator account or a standard account? It will say in System Preferences > Users & Groups.
