Woohoo problems

Hi

I get two sims ready for woohoo but when they go, each sim goes to a different room/bed.  I have replaced a bed entirely, so no one assigned to it but still they split to different rooms and just get annoyed. I think I updated recently ish, too.  Any help please?

OAP tech phobe here so need basic step by step instructions, please.   TYIA
