In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".

Hi, After Nov 17 update, I can't play the game anymore. When I click play button, it got stuck in loading. So I started a new game with a new sims but then it shows a white empty blank page instead of towns to select. So I deleted the sims 4 folder and started new but the same problem happened. What can I do????
i’m having this problem tried clicking on the setting and ‘updating game’ it didn’t work. i restarted my mac, logged back in and it’s still not working, i’m trying to repair it right now. if that doesn’t work is there anything else to fix it.?
im getting the infinity loop and blank world select as well.

I have been having a lot of issues with the game since the most recent update. The time on the clock won’t move forward and also won’t let me switch between Sims. This was an issue when I played a few days ago and is still happening. I play on a Mac
