In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
Sims 4 won't load. It just sits are the circle of doom when I try and load a game to play. I just updated the game and haven't been able to get it to completely load. I've forced closed it multiple times and it still will not work.
After the new Origin update, my Origin account will only show a 404 error. I've reinstalled and restarted with no luck.
Also, I can still get around this to access Sims 4, but it either just loads forever or keeps shutting down. This all started after the newest update. I'm on a Mac.
I'm having a similar problem, the game was working fine hours before the update but after it existing games won't load, CAS will proceed normally but then just show a white screen when entering neighbourhood select. Also on mac.
Update: I went to the sims settings on the origin page and used the repair option, it seems to have resolved the problems described above, hope this helps someone sorry everyone is having this issue.
I have the same problem as well. It won't proceed to worlds. Only white screen appears or it is loading and I can't play any of my current households or new.
