In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".

What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I pick the game I want to play. It’s stuck on the loading screen and won’t actually go into the world I pick. I tried waiting for 30 mins. I have shut down my computer multiple times, and origin. Still nothing fix’s it
What do you expect to see? I would just like to be able to play

Try exiting out of the game, going into origin, and using the gear box at the Sims4 page to "repair game." Once it finalizes, start the game. Instead of clicking the big round button with the > symbol, use the little load link to select your game file. Try opening your current game that way and see if it loads.
Note: you will need to use "repair game" after every time you shut the game down for this to work as far as I can tell. I've only been able to play with it a little, but this way IS letting me play the game!
