In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
Hi, none of my households on sims 4 will load, I was using it yesterday and it was fine and then updated It and now it won't load households. I click load game and then select the household and press play and it just shows the green diamond spinning page.. it doesn't even go to the map, it just stays on this page. I moved the mods folder and tried again and it still didn't work so it's not that. I then tried the method where you moved the saves folder to desktop etc... I then went to create a new game like it said to do - I made a new sim and then pressed play and it was saying to select where I want to place the new household but it wouldn't show me a picture of the map so I couldn't place the household and finish the method. I don't know why this happened, please help me. x
