What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Snowy escape, discover university, island living, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, realm of magic, vampires, outdoor retreat, cool kitchen, backyard and movie hangout.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? When I play a saved game the loading screen never loads so I never actually get onto the saved file. Or when I create a new game, I am able to create new Sims, however when I click to choose a residential world the screen is blank so I cannot do anything.
What do you expect to see? The green plumbob loading forever or a blank screen with the words ‘residential worlds’ is on it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After I downloaded the new snowy escape expansion pack.
Here is a photo of the screen when I go to create a new game. I wanted to create a new world as I was excited to use the new snowy escape pack so I created two Sims in create a Sim however when I clicked the check button the game appeared with this screen and I was not able to choose a world to live in. I tried to click something else but nothing was working for example I tried clicking the little house button in the left-hand corner but it didn’t work.
