In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
I am on a mac and my game wont load either. The loading screen to load into the game just keeps going and wont stop.
Hello, I did the emergency update the other day on my Mac and now my game is no longer crashing I was able to play perfectly until today 11/19 now I'm experiencing long load times, and once in the game my sims don't do anything no matter what I tell them to do they just don't move. I can forward time but they don't MOVE at all nothing is happening. I am so irritated at this point. This is such a disappointment I payed $40 for Snowy Escape and this feels like a slap in the face Im getting to the point where I cannot the Sims team/ EA anymore, I'm afraid to update/buy anymore packs because of the ongoing problems that has been occurring. All I want is to be able to trust the companies I purchase from and I cannot even do that. I have bought every single pack except for the Starwars pack but the company is ruining The Sims 4 for me and I love this game. . I'm playing on MacBook Pro BigSur is the Os I don't have any mods and I do see a LastExceptiion.txt so I have attached it. Let me know if you need any additional info.
Also I have repaired my game 5 times today and also uninstalled Orgins and reinstalled it and I am still met with the long load times and after loading the newly saved file my sims don't do anything.
