In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
So ive been playing Sims 4 for a couple of months, and I recently purchased the get famous pack. Ive bought stuff before with no issue, but when I tried to load up my game I cant select a world to live in. I saw some answers on another thread, but when I tried to do the rename file to sims 4 no world, it just removed all my data and saved things. Ive tried retsarting my computer to no avail, the worlds still don't show up. What do I do??
@78970156 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Have you tried repairing the game in Origin? Open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
