Re: [READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Dear EA after the newest update, I don't have any of my save files.

I have worked hard for everything I created and you took it all away.

I am very upset by this and want my game installed to its former glory. I would like everything I have ever created in my save files back from my saves, photos and videos as I do not have now.

After I found out my games were gone I have shed so many tears since, my whole body shook endlessly with rage and sadness for my sims which I loved so much. 

This is a horrible thing. So please fix my game and fix the actual game itself! Please I beg of you please help my game I do not want to restart all over again.

I have been a loyal simmer for many years since 2018, buying all your expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs and kits. I worked so hard for all my generation challenges, big builds, rebuilds and the sims I created all for them all to be gone so if you can do anything please return them to me I beg with all my heart.
