‎The trait "ambitious" is missing when my sims age up‎

Hello guys!

When I'm in CAS I have the trait ambitious but when I'm having a birthday party for sims and I have to pick a trait I can't see the ambitious trait.

I hope I'm just missing something here but I hope some of you can help me 🙂
