❌ Issue Description
My Sims have almost no romantic interaction options — the only ones available are Serenade and Massage. I cannot access any standard romantic actions, cannot make them official partners, and cannot get married.
This problem started immediately after I installed the bundle of Maker Kits.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
I am aware there are older posts about this exact issue, but they are all marked "Solved" and are years old. Those old threads are outdated, their solutions do not work for the current game version, and they are no longer being viewed or updated — so I am creating this new report to highlight that this bug has returned and is affecting players now.
🔍 Steps to Reproduce
1. Load any household / any world
2. Build high friendship and relationship with another Sim
3. Open Romance category — only Serenade and Massage appear
4. Cannot progress relationship to Partner, Fiancé, or Spouse
5. Issue occurs in all saves / new games; began right after adding Maker Kits

People have been reporting it however the closest version is on solved but it's was posted 6 years ago so I added a new one because at least you will see it and it's not lost in the archive of previous posts the issue has been there for two months
