8 Glitches

I am experiencing 8 different glitches.

Glitch 1 - It all started with not being able to save lots.  It takes super long to save a lot and most of the time it does not save.

Glitch 2 - The only books my sims can purchase are books my sims already own.  The other books do not appear.  The other books are not greyed out.  Entire categories of books are missing from the purchase menu.

Glitch 3 - My sims cannot swim.  I cannot even select the water.  I tried teleporting my sims to the water and cannot.  I've tried with multiple sims.  I've tried snorkeling in Sulani.  Whenever I click on the buoy and select snorkel, the sim cancels the action.

Glitch 4 - My sims cannot be married.  My sims have gotten married several times, are still single, and keep getting phone calls from friends suggesting they should think about something long term.  The Relationships tab does not show them to be married.

Glitch 5 - Sims cannot attend high school classes.  All the students keep standing up in the middle of the class repeatedly.  

Glitch 6 - I'll have to try eating out a few more times to find out whether this is an actual glitch.  So far it has only happened once.  While eating out, only one sim gets served.  Everyone else gets to watch them eat...

Glitch 7 – The apothecary table does not recognize the ingredients in my inventory.

Glitch 8 – The  moodlet solver potion purchased from the rewards store does not remove negative moodlets.

- Tested in a brand new save.
- No mods or CC installed.
- Cleared cache.
- Repaired the game.
- Reinstalled the High School Years Expansion Pack.
- Reset the Sim using debug.
- The issue occurs every time
