I am getting this code every time I start the sims 4 for the past week. For some reason at first I was able to bypass the message. But can't any longer. I tried "x" ing it out then went to the house I wanted to play in and I was waiting a half hour watching it try to load and I gave up.
How can I fix this? I appreciate any and all suggestions and remedies to fix this.

Me again. I've tried everything to get into to play my game. Game loads until I get to choosing the lot I want to play. Then I get that $!!##% 801 800 error message. I tried starting the game from the EA site and same thing happened. Moved my Mod folder out. Nothing helps it work. I am very disappointed in EA now. I don't know if any EA techs have replied to me. But if someone has an answer that works for me I sure would appreciate it. I apologize for sounding impatient but I've wanted to play for a week now and nothing is working.
