how long the customer service operations as in writing cd cover only 90 days after it whether I still can contact customer service?

You can contact customer support at anytime. The 90 day limit may be for warranty purposes, but if you're having trouble with your game on the 91st day, you can still contact customer support to try and get your game working correctly again.
