A bug with a career upgrade.

This has been a well-known bug for a long time. It arose because of the Enterprising perk. for 2,000 happiness points. The bottom line is that there are too sharp career leaps, which is why there is no stable increase in levels. Only from 4 to 7-8 next stop in the quarry. If you remove the "Entrepreneurial" line, everything is fine. I want to provide information about the problem in order to resolve it as soon as possible.
