a long story

Question

so i bought the game a few days ago it play perfectly on the first day. then the next day i decide to make &nbsp;another sim after i made it &nbsp;i picked the house to move in and it loaded the house was gone. so i checked all the houses the one my other sims lived in and the in game character house they where gone too. so i asked ea for help and the gave me instructions which i followed and then i &nbsp;re-installed the game and it still does not work nothing wrong with my computer. it meets all the requirements.

nope no errors it worked fine on day one i fixed the black silhouette i disconnected from origin and it worked after that i think its the origin update or somthing&nbsp;

not really my hosue are still gone i have reinstalled the game disconnecte from origin, repiared the game in origin etc.
