Accidental baby clone?

So, I was just playing my copy of The Sims 4... I did the thing that allows you to make any object your Sims head, and I did it on a baby I had in the household. I had no idea how to turn it off, so ...

Ok, so the baby just disappeared, but now I've got a random cradle in front of my house that I cant move... Great ☹️
