Accidentally restored defaults on game settings

I’m in desperate need of help, I was trying to fix the UI Scale and accidently clicked on restore to defaults on my game settings and exited the game without saving so the settings wouldn’t be change...

    @joelsimsroyals  Please remove your Mods folder and test again.  You should anyway because of the patch that was released a few minutes ago, so this is a great time to test without any mods or custom content.

    If the game still won't load, force it to start in windowed mode.  Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Options.ini, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).  If this works, you can go back to fullscreen, but at the same time, set the in-game resolution to match your monitor.

    If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
