Account Manangement

I have two origin accounts that i would like to link if possible. Mainly because My sims 3 is linked on a different account then my sims 4. I heard that if you had the sims 3 you can get mood lights. I think the mood lights would be cool, so if anyone knows how i could do this let me know please
