Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to reapply to University after applying once already.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, the action does not register.
What do you expect to see? I expect the action to register with my sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I have tried with both the computer and the mailbox. Once my sim has applied to university once, and the action has cooled down, and reappeared, nothing happens when I click it again. The action does not register with my sim. I have tried the same thing in two households, with three sims. It's the same every time.
