Activation key needed for Sims 4
I've had the Sims 4 for about 4 years now, and all of a sudden it's asking me for the activation key.
I had bought the game in a store (CD case) and I can't seem to find the product key for it now.
The Sims 4 isn't anywhere in my library either. I also had purchased the Sims 4 city living and cats and dogs.
What am I supposed to do? Can anyone guide me somehow?
It's a bit upsetting to have to put my activation key so I can get the game again after so many years...?
If you log in to the Origin account you registered the game to you will be able to reinstall it without the key.
