Hi @AzureyBoy,
By everything you mean the game and Origin? If you only uninstalled The Sims 4, please, try to reinstall Origin also. You can download the latest version of Origin from here.
If that didn't help, try to run Origin as administrator. To do so, close Origin completely from the menu: Origin > Close. Then right click on Origin shortcut and select "Run as administrator".
Does it work now? 🙂

Hi @AzureyBoy,
Do you have a "The Sims 4" folder in Documents \ Electronic Arts? If so, please move it to the desktop or rename it to "The Sims 4 old" and try again. Does the game work now?

1. Check if your Windows is up to date
https://support.microsoft.com/help/4027667/windows-10-update
2. Turn off all overlays you use especially turn off if you have it Rivatuner Statistics Server and MSI Afterburner
3. Check if your firewall/antivirus or Windows Defender isn't blocking the Origin and game.
Turn it off or better add Origin and TS4 to exceptions.
