Add ons disappearing!

sixdeadqueens​  When this happens, do your packs show as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  And you say it keeps happening, so does this mean that repairing fixes it, albeit temporarily?

I just now saw this. Sorry. Thank you for responding! Yes, it says it's installed. But when I go to boot up my game it says I have none of the add on content. Repairing doesn\t seem to work. I have all of the add ons minus five kits left to buy. I don\t know why this is happening. It says it\s installed. Except for when I boot up my game and then it says missing content. The repair used to temporarily fix it after several repairs in a row. I bought the fairy expansion and it started all over again and now repairs don't seem to be doing anything anymore.
