Add-ons not showing in my game

Please help. I've been playing sims 4 on my laptop for at least a year, no problems. I open it one day this week and get an error message about 64 and 32 bit systems. The sims game will open but I'v...

@Emman1303  When you reinstalled Sims 4, did your packs download too?  Do they now show as installed under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?

Your laptop's graphics chip is under the minimum requirements for the game.  And your 4 GB installed memory technically meets requirements, but some of it is set aside for the graphics chip, as is standard.  That's probably what's triggering the error about running the 32-bit version—the game sees less than 4 GB RAM available.  You can ignore this message though.

    Just double checked now and yes all the add-ons are there and showing as installed.

    I did wonder about the spec but the game had been loading and playing fine for like a year. 

    Have you any other suggestions?
