As what I said above my gallery won’t load on the sims 4 for some reason. I have tried everything under the sun to get it to load, I have deleted and moved my files, reset my entire game, did the entire antivirus stuff deleted all my mods, and a multitude of other things. I’m just stuck and would love some help. Thank you!
I’ve been having the same issue, the event pop up screen is completely blank as well and the home page is just ridiculously slow.
I’ve done everything including factory resetting my computer and checking my drivers and nothing. Super bummed it’s been a bit and no luck finding a solid answer. ☹️
nc20585 ohoneyobee Please try a different network if you can. For example, if your computer supports wifi, you can set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network.
ohoneyobee Did you actually wipe your entire computer? And do you currently have a third-party antivirus installed? Please check even if you don't think so—many systems come with one pre-installed, and a factory reset could reinstall one you'd previously removed.
The hotspot didn’t work, however uninstalling Norton seemed to fix it. I’m just confused because a few weeks ago it was working just fine with Norton installed. Will my game break again if it’s reinstalled?

ohoneyobee Norton may be fine once reinstalled, or it may not be; the only way to find out is to test. As for why this happened now, it's possible that EA changed something about the connection to the Gallery, a detail that shouldn't affect how users interact with the Gallery but might look suspicious to an antivirus. Or Norton could have updated and become more aggressive in blocking certain kinds of behavior.
Please let me know whether Norton blocks the Gallery again after you reinstall it. I'd like to be able to flag the issue if relevant, whether that would accomplish anything or not.
