Add-ons not showing in my game

Please help.

I've been playing sims 4 on my laptop for at least a year, no problems. I open it one day this week and get an error message about 64 and 32 bit systems. The sims game will open but I've only got base game. I have tons of packs and my game library shows them all in order history. Just for a test I clicked to purchase a new pack, this brings up the error that I need to purchase Sims 4 before I can buy this pack???

Anyone any ideas??

I've checked my system against requirements and it should run okay. I've uninstalled etc. Cleaned up hard drive to free up space. What am I missing??

    Hi @Emman1303 

    Do you own these packs directly through the EA app, or through Steam or Epic? Did you also previously have an EA Play membership that's no longer active?

    @EA_Solaire everything was either through origin or now ea. I may sound sense but I pay for ea, not sure if that is ea play or not. 

    Full disclosure, I'm the mum of two sims fans. I have two ea accounts. One is working fine. One is not, nothing is different between them that I know of. 

    I think I pay £19.99 each year 🤔🤔 for each

    Maybe the end of origin has changed this 🤷🏻‍♀️
