I was so annoyed with how long it took me to find a solution to this problem as Origin is where A LOT of people acquire the game.

DISC INSTALLATION:

C:User\[YOUR USER FILE]\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ Custom Music

ORIGIN DOWNLOAD:

C:\Users\[YOUR USER FILE]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Custom Music
