@TacoSalad4343 The Sims 4 base game is now free. Are you logging in to the same account you used before? Your purchases are locked to the account open at the time of purchase. If you created a new account your pusrchases will not show. As this is an open public forum for users by users accounts can not be accessed here. You will need to contact an EA support to address this issue.
Well thank you for this. Turns out it was on my old EA account, issue is I forgot the password and password recovery isn't working. Not receiving the recovery email for some reason.
