Adult Sim Missing Bottom Half

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue
What happens when the bug occurs? One of my adult sims no longer has a bottom half. I tried to fix her in CAS, but she has her lower half there, it seems to only disappear in game. And every time I exit CAS, her outfit changes, but she only wears a swimsuit no matter what she does.
What do you expect to see? Her lower half, and her clothes to stay what I choose them as.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I saved and exited multiple times and reset my laptop but nothing seems to be getting her lower half back.
This also only seems to affect this one Sim and started occurring soon after I Aged her Up to adult.
I don’t know if this helps but she is a born witch.

    @Breegrubb18 Moving this to tech for troubleshooting.

    Could you upload the Sim to the gallery ?

    EDIT: Did you create the Sim yourself, was it ingame born or did you downloaded from the gallery.

    I have an ingame born sim with the same issue. They are half mermaid half spellcaster, but in CAS she doesn't have a mermaid form. When in CAS, she has a full bottom half of her body and I was able to plan outfits. As soon as I leave CAS, the outfits are all random again and the bottom half of her body is wonky. At first it was the mermaid tail even out of water (again, she has no mermaid form in CAS), so I went back in and tried to give her all outfits with separate top and bottom items, hoping that my choices would save even if only the tops showed, I'll deal with a mermaid on land it's actually kind of funny, but when I exited CAS not only had my tops not saved but now the entire bottom half of her body was invisible, disappeared, gone. I would have rather had the fishtail than this.

    That’s exactly what’s happening! She half mermaid half witch born in game and yes all of that! Now I just need to know how to fix it

    @Breegrubb18 Only solution is to revoke one part of the hybrid so it's either Mermaid or witch but not both.
