Adults cannot use phones/clubs/retail/job tabs

What is your current game version number? i'm unable to find it but it's the newest update for mac that was intended to fix all the crashes

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While playing in a household, clicking from a toddler sim then onto a teen or older
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click from a toddler to an adult, the work/club/retail tabs are greyed out as well as the cellphone. When I hover over the adult's phone it gives the "toddler's don't have phones" prompt. Took out all CC and it still happened.
What do you expect to see? It seems to assume my sim is operating as a toddler instead of letting me click on these features no problem
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch at the start of June that accompanied Eco Lifestyle
