Infinite loading after cas

Hi, I installed the game last week on a mac (M4) but whenever i try to start a sim (new game) the game let me complete the cas but then it goes into infinite loading. I don’t have any cc or mods.

What I’ve already tried:                                   uninstalling the game (3 times), adding my video card ( at the beginning it wasn’t recognized but now on the config.log, graphic it says found 1 supported 1), Play offline, update my mac to macOs Tahoe 26.4,  Lower the graphic quality in the settings,  Delete the saves and cache, Repair the game

    Hi, i have the same problem but with a M4 MacBook Air.  every time I try to create a sim in cas when I save it goes into infinite loading. I have update macOS, tried to uninstall the game and app, deleted the sims folder, updated the card video (before it said not recognised while following your instructions now it says found 1 supported 1 in config.log), repaired the game via ea app, deleted both the game and the ea app cache, disabled iCloud sync. I don't have any cc/mods
