Affordable PC Options for optical gaming of Sims 4

So I've been playing The Sims 4 on console and recently decided to start playing on my iMac and l've really gotten into mods and cc. But I've noticed it's causing a huge lag (over five minutes to boot) and the graphics aren't all that great so I decided I would look into getting a proper, yet preferably inexpensive, gaming PC. But I have no idea what to look for or what I'd need for my specific gaming needs.

Here are some I have been looking at based on the bit of research I did, but honestly I have no idea if these will be adequate or not.

Currently, I'm only running the base game along with about 43GB of mods and cc, but once I get the PC I do plan to download just about all of the expansions and some gaming packs as well, so I'll need to be sure to have sufficient storage. I would also really love to be able to play with high graphics, ultra mode if possible but I'm not sure if it's possible on my budget. This is kind of a spur-of-the-moment type of purchase and I initially only planned to spend a few hundred bucks, so I'd say my budget is around $300-$500 maybe. Is it even possible to get what I need for that much?
