After crashed while I was launching the game. I'm unable to launch it again.
So I was trying to start my game when it crashed my computer, since I have restarted it, repaired the game, cleaned my ea app cash and yet I still get the same msg error.

Im getting the same message when just trying to launch the game, its annoying
Lostangele7 tigrrs MrDraqulax Please make sure that each time you see this error message, you restart your computer before trying to play again. Not doing so can trigger this error even when you've corrected the original issue.

Lostangele7 Please disable the Memory Boost feature as well. While you can't open the game to do so, deleting Options.ini should revert you to the standard version of Sims 4. This will revert all your other in-game settings too, so you'll need to reapply them if you can in fact play.
