- Which version of Origin are you using ? Did you guys opt in the beta version ?
- Could you do an Origin report and put the id here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-origin-error-reporting/
- Once you've done that, try to turn off Origin in game to see if it then works: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/deactivate-origin-in-game/
